Can I book an Intake Session?
Yes, please utilize the free 30 minute initial consultation session that we provide. This session is designed for us to get to know each other and to determine if coaching is a good fit for your needs.
How long does it take?
In many ways the length of time depends on you - are you focused on short-term or long-term goals? A commitment of 12 sessions (3 months) is typically what most clients find beneficial, though we can shorten or lengthen our time if needed.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching and therapy are two sides of the same coin. Therapy is often focused on a diagnosable mental health issues, trauma, or past hurt. Coaching is focused on the present and future, it is skills and education focused. In coaching you are setting your goals and doing the work to achieve them. My role is to guide you through the process as you grow and change.
