Get to know Kat Hagen, M.A.

Kat has a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy and a M.A. in Family Life Education. She loves learning about and working with families! For over a decade, Kat worked as an in-home family counselor providing parenting skills education and family counseling to parents and families. Kat approaches her work with families from a resilience and strengths-based family systems perspective. She strives to capitalize on what a family is doing well and utilize those strengths to encourage growth and healing in other areas. ​Kat loves helping couples and parents reach their relationship goals and find meaningful ways to connect with each other and their children. Kat is also a Contract Faculty of Practice at Concordia University St. Paul where she teaches in the Family Science Program.
